On 24th May 2025, His Holy Father Pope Francis wrote the Encyclical *Laudato Si*, addressed to all people of goodwill, inviting them to care for our common home—the Earth—and to respect the dignity of human life.
The letter draws inspiration from Saint Francis of Assisi, who praised God for His creation and showed tenderness toward all creatures.
“Laudato Si” are Italian words meaning “Praise be to You.”
The main message of *Laudato Si* is that everything is connected, and we must hear both the cry of the Earth and the cry of the poor, responding with love and justice.
The letter invites everyone to join Pope Francis in praising God for the gift of life and the beauty of the world.
